The Story:

"Bacchanales Sexuelles" answers the age old question: "Why have the French never won a War?" It's simple; They are too busy getting laid! Valerie, a supple young lass, is housesitting for her cousin. Feeling a bit alone in the huge apartment, she invites her friend Sophie over to keep her company. A little spilled alcohol results in some steamy hot lesbian action. What Valerie does not know is that her cousin has some incriminating photos of a local sex cult. Malvina, the leader of the cult, decides to kidnap Valerie to get the photos back. After retiring for the evening, Sophie hearing noises, calls her friend Fred to come over. Before Fred can arrive the kidnappers mistakingly kidnap Sophie! Fred, finding the door open, arrives thinking Valerie is Sophie quickly engages Valerie in some carnal delight!

Valerie and Fred figure Sophie has gone home and hits the sack for a while. Their breakfast includes samplings of fine French jams! When the maid arrives she quickly abandons her cleaning chores for some three way action! A catfight results when the real maid arrives and attacks the phony thinking she is trying to steal her job. After some well-placed hair pulling, the fake maid confesses and Valerie and Fred are off to save Sophie! Arriving at the Malvina's castle, a orgy results as Bacchanales Sexuelles reaches it's stunning climax!

"Bacchanales Sexuelles" is presented in a anamorphic widescreen 1.66:1 transfer. Considering the age and budget of this film, the quality is amazing. Another superb Synapse restoration! My rating 4/5.

Sound Quality:

Presented in dolby digital mono, there's not an overwhelming soundtrack to begin with.The movie is in french with english subtitles. No distortions to speak of, some catchy instrumentals clear and crisp! My rating 4/5.
